About our company
For nearly fifteen years, our focus and main core work has been bathrooms and kitchens, domestic and commercial. We average twenty-five projects each year. Many of these are multi-project customers. Our feedback speaks volumes of how people feel about working with us. We strive hard to earn it, and are very proud to display them.

Quality and finish.
Every project is unique. Each customer is an individual and working in their homes is made easier with good communication, clear, honest and correct answers and advice. I only accept work as good as if it were in my own home. Attention to detail. Finish is everything.
The picture on the right shows a feature of notching the back, and folding the metal trim around this exposed corner. apart from aesthetically looking better - the corner is safer should anyone fall against it. It also won't snag your duster when cleaning!

How do you protect the surrounding rooms/spaces during works?We take great care protecting peoples property. Every residence is an occupied home and so it is a well-rehearsed process of self-adhesive carpet/hard floor protector rolls, sheeting, covers, even room-divider temporary door products. The very last step is vacuuming and cleaning the work area at the end of each project.

Will you use the house facilities whilst working?We do require access to water, electricity and toilet use during the works.

Can you supply all the fittings for a project?Yes most projects we supply all materials and fittings with your input along the way!

How long does the average bathroom take to complete from start to finish?The average bathroom takes around two weeks working Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. Hot and cold running water every evening. If there is only one toilet then this will be usable each evening.

Do you offer a fit-only service?Yes we do complete fit-only projects, please enquire.

How long does the average kitchen take to complete from start to finish?The average kitchens are between 2-3 weeks working Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. Temporary stations/systems can be discussed to help accommodate needs during works.

Is your company insured for any accidents?Yes, we have £1m public liability insurance in place to cover any possible accident. The certificate is available on request.

What areas do you cover?Usually within a 15-mile radius of Stourbridge

What happens to all the waste generated during works?These projects produce quite a lot of waste! We will usually discuss and arrange a skip to be on site. Unless stated otherwise waste removal will be included as part of the package. We ask customers to kindly dispose of cardboard and light packaging.
